Hi, after been frustrated for 2 days I managed to pair amazfit pace to iPhone 6s Plus.
How the problem started: the watch would not maintain connection to the phone so I thought a factory reset would fix it. I went ahead and did a factory reset without unpairing first the watch from the phone.
The problem: After the factory reset, the watch was stuck at the qr screen. It could not pair. A message indicated that the watch was already paired. I logged off the the phone app, set a new account and nothing changed. I tried all sorts of combinations in vein.
The solution. On the iPhone, go to settings/Bluetooth and select the amazfit connection. Select: forget the device. Then log into the account that was used for the original pairing. Open the app and hopefully it will connect to the watch (it did for me, look for the connected indication on the top tight of the app) although the watch is still at the qr screen. Next, on the app hit the unpair button. Once unpaired you are ready to start from scratch.
To be sure I closed the app (double click on the iPhone) and performed again the forget device procedure in settings/Bluetooth. I then opened the app and hit the pair button. It worked.
I hope it works for you too.
Best
