We need two kind of EXPERIENCED OOP Programmers under Visual C++ 6.0 or Linux GNU C++ for VoIP application development:
* H.323 based application developer : be experienced in Openh323 stack development, have good understanding of H.323 protocol, have good Visual C++ OOP programming skills and did similar VOIP projects before;
* SIP based application developer : be experienced in VOCAL system development ( if you don't know what VOCAL means, then please don't apply :-o ) you should have good knowledge about SIP protocol, did some projects using VOCAL fundation before, be skilled in GNU C++ development under Linux;
