on Linux:
1. Enter the following command at the UNIX command prompt to locate the
process ID for the Enterprise Manager Web site:
$ /usr/ucb/ps auxww | grep EMDROOT
2. Note the process ID number that the command returns.
3. Use the following command to stop the process:
$ kill <process_number>
4. ORACLE_HOME/bin/emctl set password m5b8r5
on Windows NT/2000:
1.net stop WEB_SITE_SERVICE_NAME or use the Services
control panel to stop the website
2.ORACLE_HOME\bin\emctl set password m5b8r5
Using OEM website:
1. Navigate to the Instance Home Page. Select Preferences in the top right corner.
This displays the Change Password Page.
2. Enter the new password and new password confirmation. Click OK. This resets
the ias_admin password for all application server installations on the host.
3. Restart the Oracle Enterprise Manager Web site.

HTTP：//myhost:3339 is in the port number range for OC4J HTTP Listener. check any other application who is using OC4J HTTP Listener default port number 3301
4445 is in the SSL range
The metadata repository is always configured to use port 1521 and has a
service name of the form iasdb. host. domain(for the first infrastructure on a host) and iasdb x.host.domain for any subsequent infrastructures on that host). You should never change these values. If you have another database on the host using the same service name, you must change it before installing the metadata repository.
