To the Parents: Here are my suggestions:
1) Never cheat!! Yes, it maybe costly for the first 3 months if her OHIP is invalid, but id will cost you more if you caught cheating! Sadly, I can assure you that you would be caught if you cheated OHIP.
2) You don’t know if her OHIP is invalid yet. Sometimes, OHIP office forgets to cancel some old numbers, if it is valid, you have every right to keep using it. She is Canadian after all. Let me know the number and version code I can check it for you.
3) I assume it is ALL, well, a guess based on what you said in the post. ALL has VERY good cure rate: In Toronto, cute rate is >80%, In China, I don’t know.
