    • 没有什么合法不合法的,买个 锁把门从里面锁起来,不给进。

    • 搬吧,早晚要搬的,早搬早定心,与人方便,与己方便。就算你有理,生气争执总少不了,不值得。

          简单来说, 对于固定期租约, 房东在到期前提前至少60天通知不再续约是合法的. 请注意, 是不再续约, 不是提前解约.

          对于楼主的例子,
          1) 房东在租期结束前3个半月,送出通知, 难道3个半月不满足至少60天送出通知的条件吗?
          2) 房东有强行要求提前解约吗? 房东有强行赶房客走吗?
          从楼主的帖子, 房东给了房客两个选项而已,房客可以提前搬走,也可以继续住,但是要忍受别人看房. 房客可以自行选择.
          从这里看, 房东并未提前解约, 既然房东并未违约, 房客哪里来的赔偿要求? 

          对于这种涉及法律的事情, 旁人不要乱说, 尤其是在没看过相关法律的情况下乱说, 误导别人犯法.

      你的苦衷大家都能理解, 当然更需要房东理解,
      另一方面, 房东的苦衷也需要你理解. 普遍的规律是:房东如果真的卖房, 也只能在这3个半月个月之内. 如果等到3个半月以后即11月份冬天再上市, 房子就很难在今年卖出去,估计就要等明年开春以后了才好卖了; 即使卖出, 房价也会比现在偏低.
      在这3个半月之间, 你依然可以合法的住在现在的地方,当然也要忍受别人合理的看房.
      光从你的帖子来看, 房东确实没有什么错.
      象你这种情况, 法律已经不能帮你了, 那只有能靠双方互相体谅, 协商解决,
      如果我是那个房东, 我会
      1)把看房时间安排在你方便的时候.
      2)如果你不愿意受人打搅, 我会尽力帮助你找新住处, 并协助你搬家.
      如果我是你, 我也不会难为房东, 毕竟别人也有别人的苦衷.
      可是这些只是如果,, 希望你的房东能看见这一贴,你们之间找到好的办法.

            如果法律上没有定义必须的事情(比如您说的"必须要用DOUBLE REGISTER的信"), 律师说也不算数吧? 加拿大各法律是由加拿大议会通过的, 而不是律师通过的, 对不对?
            如果真有这么一条法律如你所说"必须是DOUBLE REGISTER", 请给出链接. 否则别说什么"律师都这么说"这种您自己都无法证实的话, 行不行?

            Do not mislead others. As matter of fact, for those kinds of matter, if you sue, you lose (well, you may win in the court, but you lose regardless of the verdict, an experience landlord will not sue a tenant, he wish his tenant to sue him if in dispute, understand why?)
