I am new for Linux and trying to use Samba to share printer and files between windows and Linux 7.3.
I have some problem.
1. I can use 'sbmclient' to access windows98 sharing files, but can't to win2000.
2. Within windows 98 or 2000's network neighborhood, I see the computer name, which is etslinux, of my Linux, but I can't open it. The reply is "etslinux is not accessible. The computer or sharename could not be found......"
3.I also added a SMB printer, which is connected with a win2000 pdc. But it doesn't work. There is no error messege,and no printout.
I am very appreciative if anybody could give me some detail instruction for my problems.
