枫下家园 / 电脑电信 / 谁在用bell的光纤上网,问问还需要在house凿眼布线么?去年BELL在我家这一片house区域刨地安装光纤,在我前院窗户下留下一大卷黑线,施工人员说以后用bell光纤上网就在室外墙上安装一个无线发射系统,屋内不用钻眼走线了,还说强度足可以覆盖整个房屋角落。前天,bell的两个客服代表上门推销上网,问他们是否不用钻眼,他们不回答这个问题,只是说安装技工会解决这件事,不告诉怎么做。我想问问现在house区正用bell光纤的大侠,究竟是怎样光纤入户的。

国内海口市郊区,光纤拉到房子里面接一个“光猫”,从“光猫”引出网络和电话。

是呀,我也不明白,。现在用的是cik的25M光纤上网,总是觉得有时速度极慢,打不开网页。所以才问这个问题,cik的连接方式是用原来的屋内bell电话线,接上一个三合一的无线猫,总觉得这不是真正的光纤。

当然都是假的,真正的是使用光纤modem, 就是光纤直接插上的,不是电话线。

当然,是在室内墙角安装一个过去磁带大小的白色盒子,盒子上有光纤接口。

你开网页慢不是线路的原因,你应该买个单独的路由器,不要用猫自带的无线路由功能。

不到$100买个路由就解决问题了。原配的猫的路由性能不行。

路由和无线AP也都应该分开,现在家里动辄10多个设备,局域网规模过大。

bell技术员给cik安装光纤时,就是利用室内墙上原来bell电话的jack,引出来一个接口,装上cik的猫

我用的Bell的25M假光纤FTTN够用了,速度也很快,打开网页更是极快。接线方式也是利用原来的电话线,接上一个三合一的无线猫。你的问题是CIK,不是假光纤的问题。

电话线的接触不好会导致这个问题, 我以前试过15M的最多只能达到10M,并且经常断。BELL派了六个人都没有解决, 第七个是一俄罗斯小伙子,把室外接线盒里面的线头全部剪掉重新接上, 问题解决。

FTTH才是真光纤,直接进你们家。FTTN是假光纤,光纤只是在你们家附近基站,电话线进你们家。

国内海口市郊区3年前光纤都进家了。多伦多有些地方连FTTN都没有通。
