三果误导了,楼下是正解。进入路由器重新改一下无线密码就行,干嘛要reset router。

你只是原来设置的无线密码忘了,但进入router的密码还知道的吧?那你用一根网线连接router和电脑,进去看一下或重新设置一下不就得了?还需要找啥找?楼上3果的答案是以为你忘了进入router密码,或许你就是这个意思但表达不对...

干嘛要cable,router有ip地址直接web access不就行了,里面重新设置wifi ssid

呵呵,你再仔细想想吧....电脑/手机不知道密码根本就连不上网,自己的IP都没拿到呢,凭啥去ping router ? 手都没握上how to access ? cable的作用就是在WIFI连接没戏时用的,就像车里的备用借电缆....

家里有电脑啊,随便ipscan下就知道ip,而且一般不都是192.168.1.1,再说了这个cable也得crossover的才行

看lz的router多新了,俺后来买的是cable可以直接连上, 然后直接factory reset router再登录修改wifi ssid

汇报一下:虚惊了一场。经过安装人员测试,我那个老的路由器是坏的。直接奔Staples买个新的回来。连上电脑以后自动跳出一个页面setup密码。顺便把所有的智能电视,手机都连上wifi。
