枫下家园 / 医药保健 / 多年来一直被睡眠不好所困扰,睡不着,也睡不香。最近吃了褪黑素效果不错,但是据说短期吃还行。不知哪位朋友有这方面的经验,哪些营养药能够很好地改善睡眠。多谢了。

如果因为松果体腺不能分泌足够褪黑激素导致睡眠不足,口服褪黑素没什么不好,但不要让身体产生依赖性,影响正常合成代谢。临睡前对失眠的恐惧也会影响入睡,静心加运动。

褪黑素不能多吃。这是我发自肺腑的话。我刚开始吃小剂量的,好像是15mg的很有效果,可是慢慢的没用了,加double的量,后来加量的也不行。建议还是锻炼吧。
