枫下家园 / 医药保健 / If I sleep over 8 hrs, I usually waked up with painful in my waist area. But If i stand up for 5-10 minutes, the painful disappeared. Could someone tell me why? I tried a few beds, but the same result.

通常这种问题整骨医生(CHIROPRACTOR)一次就可以帮你调整好。或者你做一做PLVIS TILT 的运动。就是躺在床上,双脚弓起,腰部用力下沉,以使得骨盆抬起。睡觉时千万别在腰下垫什么。
